Each year Global Surf Industries has a company conference where all of its employees come together for a week to work on the business, rather than in it.

This year's conference was held in Gerringong on the South Coast of NSW in Australia.

Everyday was a mix of at least two surf seasons, round table discussions, frivolity, laughter and good times. We are indeed a very lucky company to have such an awesome group of people all working together.
