We learned a lot from our first year with the McTavish range. For 2009 we have taken all the feedback and developed a new high performance model, F4, redesigned the popular Fireball, introduced 3 models in the SLX technology and added some new colours in the popular Carver and Eightball models as well.

SLX is an all new construction that brings together the best elements of EPS and Epoxy, like reduced weight and added strength, without the common side-effects of excessive stiffness, or lack of feel. The result of the unique construction process gives a very light-weight board, that retains an excellent flex pattern, as well as adding a little extra buoyancy. Performance on these boards is very dynamic, as they are fast and responsive, communicating with the rider at a higher level.
