CONSUMERS REVIEWS FOR THE McTAVISH FIREBALL

Chris Thorn from NSW, Australia says:

I've had plenty of boards (hundreds in fact) over the past 20 odd years from potato chip shortboards, to logs to keels and everything else in between. I now have a 2 board quiver consisting of the 7'3 Super Fish Quad option and the 9'6 McTavish Fireball....a quiver to cover 1 foot peelers, 3-4 foot down the line freight trains and overhead kegs. The price is right, the quality is excellent, the shapes are perfect and the waves I've been lucky enough to have on them are some of the best ever. I'm 37yo, 97kg and the 9'6 Fireball out rates any other mal I've ridden bar none - it's flow, transition, contour and weight are all just perfect......couldn't be more stoked with it....can't wait for the SLX version for summer '08 / '09.....could it get better than this ? Maybe so - how lucky are we !

Andrew Nott from NSW, Australia says:

Love these boards have had 4 now and love this site

Kel from NSW, Australia says:

I surfed the 9'1" McTavish Fireball today in clean chest to head high wave, wind was slightly off shore. Man what a great board. easy to get into the wave and then it seems like anywhere I wanted to go the board was up for it. Super Fast and loose. Fantastic. Powered along the face of the wave and would turn as soon as I gave the signal. Smooth as silk.

Keoke Thomas from New South , Australia says:

The Fireball. NEVER LEND TO YOUR MATES! They will never want to give it back. What an outstanding board!, from cruisey 2foot days to head high hairy late takeoffs the fireball will do it all, in style. Rail to rail its smooth and responsive, the massive rocker lets it drive from the takeoff. Plant the back foot grab rail and unleash with a massive cutback, feels like a shortboard. Or go the tradisionalist style and walk it up and back adjusting for trim, little pivot stalls and a run to the nose... Its a magic board. GET ONE
