This small wave mush killer is more fun than Christmas!

The Fartknocker maximizes planing efficiency in slow, mushy surf with its huge single concave nose tied into a double concave super wide tail. Super flat rocker is popped in the nose and tail, with S-Rails that start half way up the board. Originally developed over 20 years ago, the Stewart S-Rails step down to reduce rail volume for bite while maintaining thickness in the middle for floatation and easy paddling. This fun little board goes so fast on dead water you can build plenty of speed to bust aerial tricks.

A perfect first board for a kid, the Fartknocker is fun for all ages. Yep, even over 50-year-old rippers get a kid-in-a-candy-store grin with this board!

Brian from Hawaii, USA says:

Was looking for a fun short board for South Shore waves which can be rolling and a bit mushy. I'm 6' and 185 lbs, so I needed something with float. Picked up a 6'0" Fartknocker from the guys at Hawaiian South Shore. I've had tons of great sessions on this board. Floats me just a hair more than I need and paddles like a 6'6". Put the Future Controllers in it per the shop recommendation. Easy to catch waves, and the thing planes like nobody's business. It took some time to get used to the Quad setup, but it's super fast. Works great on knee to head high waves, mellow or steep. The controllers grab well when the face is steep. For overhead rolling waves I found myself walking up the board to make the mellower take-off, that was a bad thing because the wide tail makes the board take off like a rocket, and if you're not over the fins at speed, you really have to focus on turning smoothly or you turn and the board doesn't. When you are over the fins, the board turns on a dime. In general smooth drawn out turns do take some focus. After catching the wave, it's surprisingly easy to make it past mushy sections by just walking up the board.

I love this board. It's so much fun. I can catch 1 foot mushy waves easily. I got the 5'6" and I weigh 150 pounds. I highly recommend this board. I can't wait to try it on bigger waves.
