DESCRIPTION

Designed to grow with a shortboarder, the S-Winger has proportional increases in length, width and thickness from 6’4 to 8’0, making it a perfect alternative to a fun board and one that you really must try.The S-Winger’s double wing pin tail shape is alluring and complicated. The single to double concave bottom make this board ultra fast down the line. The rails are beveled with the Stewart S-Rail which step down to thin the tail out for bite but keep the thickness in the middle for floatation and effortless paddling, making it easier to get into the lineup and into any wave. Give yourself at least 3 weeks to get used to the 5-fin setup – trust us, you’ll love the drive and speed of the simatar, pivot, trailer system. This board beats sections and holds a high line like no other!

pat from holland, Netherlands says:Great board, this board sits in the water beautifully. Super fast and very stable, no skipping or bouncing and extremely loose. Very impressive board, never seen this combination of speed, smoothm ride as well as the looseness when you want it in any board yet, can't wait to see how it will perform in some bigger solid waves.

Al Jangl from Hawaii, USA says:Today I took the S-winger out for its maiden voyage into a waning chest plus south swell. I selected as many set waves as I could to gage its performance potential and what I discovered was truly mind-blowing. The board is a BEAST - a lion out of its cage waiting to be tamed!! It handled everything I asked it to do - angled take-offs, late entries, drive down the line to make close out sections. But the most fun was shredding the face of the wave. If you lay back and don't rip for whatever reason, the 5 fin scimitar set-up lets you know with every slight movement that its ready to shred at a moment's notice. On one wave I thought I was riding my slalom skateboard!! The pointed nose and entry rocker along with the bottom contours and volume displacement under the chest makes paddling easy and engaging the swell almost automatic. Bill Stewart has really done it again - first the hydro-hull and now the S-winger. I always knew Bill was a shaper way ahead of his time.
