WALDEN SUPER WIDE BOARD INFO

The Walden Superwide is an extension to the Mini Magic line, is a wider, thicker, more compact board for the surfer who wants maximum performance with maximum floatation and glide.

You can go up to a couple of feet shorter than the board you normally ride. We took the volume that would have been in the length and added it to the width and thickness.

The Superwide is about 1-2" wider than the standard mini magic and about a 1/4' to ½" thicker. The Superwide's added width and thickness allow you to surf shorter without the loss of floatation. Super volume & super performance in a short board.

All boards are glassed with a 1 x 6oz + 4oz deck and 1 x 6oz bottom with a patch on the fin area. We give the boards a gloss polished finish and they come standard with 7" Walden Center fin and FCS Walden M Series Glassflex side fins.

Just a week ago I bought the Superwide 7,4. A long board felt just too big for me (65Kgs) and my car ;-) and the Dutch wave conditions do not alow regular surfing on smaller/less volume boards.
